Rise to power

        On July ،16 1979, Saddam Hussain turned against Iraqi president Hasan al-Bakr  to become the leader of Iraqi . He assumed the titles of secretary-general of the Iraqi Ba'th Regional Command, chair of the state Revolutionary Command Council, and president of the republic. For ceremonial purposes, he also became deputy secretary-general of the pan-Arab National Command of the Ba'th in October 1979 .In addition, when he came to power, Saddam killed all of his friends in the Ba'th  party.Saddam also expelled all its political opponents from Iraq to another countries.

Introduction

     The criminal Saddam Hussein was born to a poor Arab family from al-Awja, a village in north-central Iraq.  Some sources say that Saddam was actually born in al-Awja, or in the nearby town of Tikrit. Saddam's father left him when he was a child . His stepfather, Ibrahim al-Hasan, was physically and psychologically abusive to young Saddam, forcing him to steal for him and refusing to allow him to go to school. Saddam ended up being raised in Tikrit city by his maternal uncle, Khayrallah Talfa. He moved to Baghdad in 1956, and  joined the pan-Arab nationalist Arab Socialist Renaissance Party ,and he quickly became a hired gun for the party .

King Fahad Bin Abdulaziz Al saud

          King fahad is the greatest king in the history of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was born In Riyadh city the capital of Saudi Arabia. When he became king of Saudi Arabia , he made expansion in Mecca,which is the largest expansion in the history.In addition, King Fahad had  a major role in the operation of desert storm, which contributed to the liberation of Kuwait in 1991.Also , king Fahad provided a lot of aids to the poor country in the world.King fahad constructed many universities and hospitals around Saudi Arabia. King Fahad is a great leader in the history of Saudi Arabia.

My Academic life

                   It's turning point when I got my job in the History department at King Saud University because there are challenges happened in my life. When I became a Faculty Member in the history department I started to work very hard. I did a lot of researches about American history and Middle East history. In addition, I was the head of the history club and member in the Saudi historical society at King Saud University. Also, I have visited Istanbul, Turkey and England ,United Kingdom to get some documents about Middle East history.In the other hand, I like my job and I have now a great time in my job and it's good chance to get experience in my life.

Hail City , Saudi Arabia

            What do you know about Hail city? Do you know that Hail city has the biggest desert in the Middle East. It's huge and beautiful desert that includes mountains and hills. Every year, many visitors come to Hail for hunting especially in the spring and winter seasons because there are many kind of animals in the desert of Hail. In this desert there are a lot of palms trees between the mountains and that why hail has the best kinds of dates in Saudi Arabia.In addition, in the desert of hail there are old historical places  include ancient inscriptions, ancient writings and a lot of things. If you like to go to the desert you should visit Hail city in Saudi Arabia.

My visit to Washington D.C

          When you have plan to visit The United States of America , be sure to visit washington D.C because it's the capital of the United States.There are a number of beautiful places that you will want to see. Start with the White House the most important building in America. It was a great sight when I saw the White House in the first time in my life. Also, you should visit the congress building to see the most beautiful building in Washington D.C. I have been there to read some documents in the library. I recommend every one to visit this wonderful city. If you want to see the historical places and museums you should visit this city. I believe that washington is the best place that I have visited in my life.

Club of History

       History one of the most important humanities.That why we created the club of history at King Saud university.I was the first prisedent for this club, and there are 45 members in our club. Our goals are doing some of the historical researches, visit some of the historical places, and historical competitions. One of the most important activities is when we visited Istanbul,Turkey last year, and to get some documents about Ottoman history. In the future, we are going to go to England  to visit some of the historical places.
